Interesting question. I didn't use CASPA myself, but I think I have an idea of what it's asking.
In your experience in healthcare (whether working, shadowing, or volunteering), what do you think is most important in ensuring the patient is treated properly? For example, is it patient education (So that they comply with treatment and are able to return to prior health)? Or do you think it's knowledge? (So that you know what medication or treatment to prescribe to them to get better). Is it an encouraging clinic environment to increase patient comprehensive and compliance?
I think it's something along these lines.
To reword: "In healthcare, what's the most important factor that leads to the patient recovering from their condition?" Make sure you use specific examples from your experience shadowing, working, or volunteering.
