Advice for a low GPA is to retake the challenging classes at a different college; I know my University had a bottle neck effect for the Biology major just to wean out the weaker students; it was extremely tough. I'm currently taking classes at a college online and I have gotten an A in classes, that I used to struggle to reach a C- in at my old university. Sometimes you just have to try a different approach! You have to remember that you are smart, you are capable, if plan A doesn't work there's always the rest of the alphabet!
I agree! Community colleges are a great option, and much cheaper. However, you just have to make sure the credits will transfer to your current school, or the PA program you're applying to will accept them! This would be found by reaching out to the admissions of the target/current university.
When I went to community college, I didn't pay a dime. The financial aid actually covered my books as well.
Great advice, Nashly!
